PIX payments in BRL for trips are currently failing due to an outage at one of our third-party payment processing partners. All other payment methods are working as usual, so travelers can still complete their booking by choosing a different payment method at checkout. We’re working closely with our partner to restore PIX payments and will share an update as soon as they’re back up and running.
